What Is It Made Up Of?
a) Indian sendha namak – According to Ayurveda Sendha namak is the purest form of salt as it does not come in contact with any living beings. Apart from 80+ minerals the ‘Indian sendha namak’ is naturally alkaline (ph > 9).
